Cancellation Policy

This page will include detailed information about cancellations and refunds:

Customer Cancellation

60+ days before arrival: Full refund
40–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 20 days before arrival: No refund, but date transfers may be possible.

Visit Fuvahmulah Cancellation

If canceled due to weather, safety, or boat mechanical reasons, an alternative date will be offered, or the payment will be refunded.
Morning dives are not transferable or refundable but may be exchanged for afternoon dives on the same day if space allows.

Important Notes

Dives not taken are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is the diver’s responsibility to meet all standard diving requirements outlined in our dive policies.
